Choose from:

Simple Cutter - This is a traditional shape cutter, no internal cut outs or imprints.
Basic Donut or Imprint Cutter - Any cutter with a single cut out or single imprint shape.
Complex Donut or Imprint Cutter - Lets get fancy! Maybe you want a cutter that has a cut out AND an imprint? Multiple cut-outs like a Jack O Lantern? Or multiple imprints like a ripple effect...

Add Ons:

Mirror Cutter - We print a second matching cutter that faces the opposite direction (a mirror image) for you.
Additional Sizes - If you want your cutter in multiple sizes enter them in the box & we will email you an invoice after checkout.

Big Cutter - If your cutter length(cm) + width(cm) add to between 10cm & 20cm (i.e A shape that is 8cm tall & 5cm wide would equal 13cm)
Huge Cutter - We're talking Trinket Bowl cutters & Plant Stakes... If your cutter length (cm) + width (cm) add to between 20cm & 30cm, you need to check this option. Complex imprints may incur an extra free. The longest edge we can print is 20cm.

Attach:

Your drawing can be just that: A top down photo of a drawing on paper! We know this is what suits most of you & we can make it work beautifully.

However if you can, we'd love your file to be drawn in Procreate, Photoshop or Illustrator. Ideal files are SVG, AI or PSD. But we can work with PNG, JPEG & PDF too!

We import your image into Illustrator, redraw around it & make it symmetrical (if that's ticked) before sending it to the next step in our CAD software for cutter creation.

Please Note:

  • Once we have created the vector image of your design, we will email you to review. One round of changes is included, if additional is required, they will be invoiced at $10 a round.
  • Our creation of your Custom Cutter may add up to 5 Business days to the processing time of your order. We do not ship your order until all items are ready so if you need your other supplies sooner, please place separate orders. Time is also dependant on how fast you reply to our approval email.
  • Copyright: we will not replicate any copyright/trademarked logos or characters. 
  • Replication: unless permission is given, we will not replicate another cutter makers design.
  • Your shape: we will not replicate your shape if a customer asks directly for that, however its not uncommon for the same shape to be thought of separately and we are not responsible for safeguarding any shapes.
  • Discount: You will automatically receive 20% off your custom cutter order when you add 5 or more Custom Cutters to your cart. Applies to a single checkout, does not include mirrors or additional sizes.
Postage

Order Processing: We currently dispatch orders within 2-3 business days*. This is how long it takes us to process, pack & post your order. Postal estimates are on top of this.

Express Post: We highly recommend you select Express post as 3D Printed Cutters & Polymer Clay are heat sensitive products and this will reduce the low chance of damage. We also recommend during an Australian Summer, to avoid Parcel Lockers - Parcel Collect is a great option instead.

Free Shipping: AUS & NZ customers, when your cart reaches $200AUD or above, the option for Free Shipping (Parcel) will appear as well as the option to upgrade to Express for $5AUD.

*We are based in regional Victoria, Australia. Business days are Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) & exclude Victorian Public Holidays.

*Silicone Moulds, Earring Displays & Acrylic Components and other made to order products & during busy/high volume periods may add an additional day to your processing time.

  • Once dispatched, please allow approx 1-4 business days for Express & 4-8 for Parcel Post (info). 
  • You will be automatically sent a tracking number when your order is fulfilled, this number can be tracked here: Auspost.com.au (we do not have access to additional information). 
  • We offer Free Parcel Post Shipping for orders $200 & over. You can choose to upgrade to Express Post for $5.

International Shipping (All countries except Australia)
  • All prices are in AUD. We reccomend using google for up to date currency conversions.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout & is based on weight. We can not quote you shipping costs prior to ordering, please fill your cart & then proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost.
  • You will be automatically sent a tracking number when your order is fulfilled, this number can be tracked here: Auspost.com.au (we do not have access to additional information). 
  • Current postal times are approx 1 to 4 weeks depending on your country (check your country here). 
  • We are not responsible for duties and/or taxes your country may charge you. All orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Some countries have specific import restrictions on certain products & it is the responsibility of you the customer to check your local regulations before placing an order with us.
  • UK CUSTOMERS: Due to Brexit, there are major changes to how countries ship to the UK. We can only ship orders above £135 (approx $250AUD) in value. You will also be liable for Duties & VAT upon arrival to the UK which we understand to be above 20%. We'd encourage you to look at a shipping pool with other local customers, to join your shopping list & share the shipping & tax costs. You will need to contact us directly & we will quote you shipping based on weight.

When receiving your Blackbird & Violet order, we ask you to take a moment & check off your items against the included invoice.
